Israeli developer and entrepreneur, Doron Haleva, joins from Tel-Aviv to discuss the evolution of his business named Welcome. Starting with a single apartment renovation in the student and tech hub of Be'er Sheva, he now controls over 400 multifamily units across 15 different buildings. Over the course of the episode, Doron describes the lessons learned as the platform has grown and helped to redefine the standard of living for young Israelis. He plans to further scale the business in the coming years, including forays into co-working and hospitality.
